Assignment Description: Responsibilities in the Complaints Group include: Receive clinical product complaints from clinical sites, review and liaise with Clinical Site personnel to ensure complaint data are complete, and input all necessary complaints information into an electronic tracking system; Perform complaint notification, high level up front complaint data trending, analysis and assigning complaint records to complaint investigators; Perform archiving and filing. Responsibilities in the Global Quality Systems Group: Support investigation and change management quality systems integration effort through administrative tasks as required
