Detailed Info: Project delivery planning, tracking and coordination across all stakeholders
Maintenance and reporting of metrics measuring various aspects of SDLC
Leverage understanding of current application functional and business flows to validate business requirements and create appropriate solutions
Partner with key product, ops and technology partners to devise appropriate business solutions
Assist in validation of implemented solutions
The key challenge is to learn new product, manage multiple concurrent projects, co-ordinate across groups with conflicting goals and working with a large team primarily located in different geographic areas and time-zones.

Development/Computing Environment:
Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
Understanding of RDBMS, N Tier Architecture
Functional Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This contracted IT Project Manager role will be responsible for leading the deployment of the electronic workflow management and digital asset management system (COCOON) in Fort Washington, PA for Johnson & Johnson Consumer’s McNeil Franchise. This system is leveraged by the creative design, packaging engineering, and design project management teams as an essential business process within Global Regulatory Affairs. The IT PM will need to proactively work with the appropriate vendors, deployment IT Leads in at the site, and with the J&J technical organizations to ensure that objectives are met, on-time, on-budget and on-quality, per SDLC 5.0 guidelines. Regular communication and status meetings with all levels of the organization will be necessary. This role will lead and coordinate data migration efforts from other applications into COCOON. Applications identified to date include EDM.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Hospital Nurse Manager to assume managerial responsibility for
the supervision, direction, and support of the nursing staff in that unit to
meet the needs of the Patients, Unit, and Hospital. As a Nurse Manager with Bayonne Medical Center ,
you will report to the Executive Director of Nursing; supervise RNs, LPNs,
Technicians, Unit Secretaries, and  hospital personnel; and collaborate with
Physicians, Case Managers, and Administration to provide comprehensive nursing
care to patients with guidance and support for their families on a blended
Oncology/Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Unit. The Nurse Manager has twenty-four
hour accountability for the operational management of this unit
Tasks of the Nurse
Manager include:
·   Controlling
staffing to meet budget guidelines and responding to volume changes
·   Establishing
a staffing pattern to provide the greatest accountability and continuity of
care in collaboration with the Patient Acuity System
·   Conducting
performance appraisals accurately within thirty days of due date.  Appraisals are
to be detailed and qualitative using anecdotal notes as necessary.
·   Conducting
informative departmental staff meetings on a monthly basis. Twelve months of minutes
are to be submitted and reflect that a majority of staff attends the meetings
As a Nurse Manager with Bayonne Medical Center ,
you will collaborate with the Quality Management
Coordinator on identified care issues of the unit. You will also design,
redesign, or re-engineer to improve workflow and increase efficiency to ensure
desired outcomes.
Additional
responsibilities for the Nurse Manager include:
·         Directing Clinical Rounds to
assure positive Press Ganey Reports
·         Coordinating activities within the
department and between other departments to assure smooth integration of
service.
·         Reviewing patient charts for
complete documentation
·         Serving as a clinical role model
for staff and students

Job Requirements
As a Nurse Manager with
Bayonne Medical Center, you may be exposed to communicable diseases, blood borne
pathogens, illness, confuse and/or combative patients, hazardous chemicals,
sharp instruments, needles, and stressful situations.  Specific vision abilities
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and
ability to focus. You may lift patients, reach above your head, and carry
medium to light equipment.  You will also be required to regularly sit, use
hands to handle, finger, or feel.  You must have excellent listening and
empathy skills.
Additional requirements for the Hospital Nurse Manager include:
·         BSN required, MSN preferred
·         New Jersey RN license
·         BLS, ACLS, IV certification
required. Chemotherapy and CCRN certification preferred.
·         5+ years acute care hospital nursing
experience, Management experience preferred
