Hi! My name is Alina and I'm an IT Recruiter for DIVERSANT LLC, an IT Staffing Company.

We have a 6-12 month renewable contract in Jersey City, NJ for a Project Manager/Predictive Analyst. The hourly rate for this is $70-73 W2 or $77-80 C2C.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the IT aspects of a Chartis-wide Workers Compensation (WC) Predictive Analytics project.
• Plan, execute and monitor the IT tasks as part of a joint Deloitte Consulting/Chartis project plan.
• Coordinate IT activities with Deloitte Consulting to meet Gate 2 deliverables such as Business Requirements Document, Current/Future Business workflow, "Scoring Engine", Business Rules to be used with the Scoring Engine, High-Level Design and an Infrastructure Specifications document.
• Work with the IT Infrastructure areas to configure and install a sandbox (non production) environment for hosting the Scoring Engine development.
• Manage a team of Business Analysts, Technical Leads and Java programmers.
• Work with the Deloitte team on a weekly project status.
• Responsible for all aspects of project management and finance on the project in accordance with /Chartis SDLC and ISG department processes.

Experience and Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of project management experience leading large, complex and "time box" development projects with 10-15 staff of employees and consultants.
• Experienced in Predictive Analytics or Risk Management applications.
• Managed multiple or global projects and resources across multiple disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with a full systems life cycle methodology from requirements to deployment (waterfall and iterative approaches).
• A proven track record of delivering systems on-time, on budget without sacrificing scope.
• Exceptional risk identification and mitigation ability including agility and creativity in resolving project issues without impacting schedule or cost.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) used in daily interaction with direct and extended project team and "selling" ideas and solutions to Business/IT senior management.
• Insurance, predictive analytics, risk management experience a plus.
