The next GenY Networking Group session will be held Wednesday, March 7th, 7 PM, Library of the Chathams. We are happy to present at this meeting - Ace the Interview - Skills for Today's Job Seeker, delivered by Linda Trignano.
In today's business climate with lots of competition for the job, it is important to be able to stand out from the crowd. The interview process often proves difficult to many. While there are many factors involved in getting the job offer, candidates often are not fully prepared to represent themselves in the interview. For some it's nerves, for others it's lack of preparation. Join us as we discuss how to prepare to put your best foot forward in the interview. We will talk about the different types of interviews, what employers are looking for and ways you can prepare yourself for expected and unexpected interview questions.
About Linda Trignano –
Trignano Consulting, helps individuals and business groups increase their potential through communication skills training and enhancement. Linda has spent over 23 years facilitating and working with teams and individuals helping them reach their full potential. Areas of practice that she focuses on include: training and developing utilizing insight assessments to improve skills from selling to leadership, Human Resources consulting to attract and hire the right employees, and coaching groups and business managers to improve their skills, both personally and professionally. She has recently included grief coaching into her business practice coaching individuals, teams or managers in organizations through periods of loss and transition.
