VP Employer Brand and Recruiting Marketing — Chase Wealth Management - 120001507
 
As Vice President of Recruiting Marketing focused on Chase Wealth Management (CWM) you will be the go-to person for all recruiting marketing activities for CWM.  You will be part of the Employer Brand and Recruiting Marketing team.  You will work closely with the CWM Marketing and Recruiting teams to develop a strong Value Proposition and then bring it to life through multiple channels.  You will have a strong sense of how the brand should be represented, and will work with your business partners to ensure everyone is on the same page.  You will generate ideas on how to attract the best talent for CWM, with a heavy focus on Financial Advisors, and then be able to execute those ideas. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
-        Develop a strong understanding of CWM's recruiting needs to help define a Recruiting Marketing Strategy. 
-        Gather intelligence and details about best practices for CWMs competitive set.
-        Work closely with Business Partners to drive consistency in communications, identify areas of opportunity and recommend plans to drive improved results.
-        Develop Recruiting Marketing Collateral (e.g. Websites, brochures, postcards etc.) that engages candidates, reinforcing the brand and distinguishing it from our competitors.
-        Plan and execute recruiting events that are best in class, and consistent with the CWM brand promise. 
-        Partner with CWM recruiting manager to develop and execute Diversity Recruiting Strategy
 
VP Employer Brand and Recruiting Marketing Manager – Communications - 110100921
 
As Vice President of Communications for the Employer Brand and Recruiting Marketing group you will be the "communications expert" who ensures all branding components (presentations, collateral, events, giveaways) have a consistent brand message and look/feel. You will have a strong sense of how the brand should be represented, and will educate your business partners to ensure they are on the same page.  You will generate ideas on how to attract the best talent for Chase, especially on-campus - and then be able to execute those ideas. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
-        Gather intelligence and details about our recruiting brand across Chase business lines: Consumer & Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, Credit Cards and Commercial Banking.
-        Work closely with Business Partners to drive consistency across lines of business, identify areas of opportunity and recommend plans to drive improved results.  
-        Develop Recruiting Marketing Collateral that engages candidates, reinforcing our employer brand and distinguishing us from our competitors. 
-        Plan and execute recruiting events that are best in class, and consistent with the Chase brand promise. 
-        Identify key attributes of our organization that attract top talent and motivates them to stay.

Title: Senior SQL Server DBA

Location- Shelton Corporate office

Travel- 25% to field stations- Upstate NY to Long Island

Perm position

Overview

This position is directly responsible and accountable for implementing,
administering and supporting Microsoft SQL Server and other databases used
in business application processes across all departments and corporate
units. This includes monitoring, maintenance, installation, performance
tuning, upgrades, security administration, and support of software
development life cycle in both production and development environments. The
DBA will functions as project manager or lead for small to medium sized
projects. The DBA must be familiar with the physical and logical data flow
throughout the company and anticipate the impact of changes in one area of
the company on another.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent is
required

* Six (6) years of experience in the system analysis, design,
implementation and management of high availability and high performance OLTP
and DBMS systems, working with multiple relational databases, Windows Server
and web technologies.

* 6 years of experience designing, implementing and managing RDBMS
environments.

* Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008 installation,
configuration and upgrades.

* Database backup and recovery strategy.

* Knowledge and experience with SQL Server analysis and integration
services (SSAS, SSIS)

* Oracle 11G or FileMaker experience is a plus.

* Exposure to OLAP & Cube design helpful.

* Experience with performance and management of SAN's is desired.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic
environment

. Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate clearly
and effectively with all levels in the organization, with the ability to
motivate, lead and influence others

Three month contract for WINDOWS 2003/2008 ADMIN WITH CITRIX and likely extension , location is Roanoke VA or  local NJ in Ridgefield Park
 
Windows  Admin receives Business Requirements from Application Owners, Project Managers, and Customers to design, document and oversee all the aspects of configuration.
o Wintel Active Directory/DNS/DHCP Virtualization
o VMware
o Citrix
o MS Terminal Services and/or Remote Desktop Services Redundancy and Fail over Solutions Workload placement in multiple geographically dispersed Data Centers Capacity Planning and Management Availability Planning and Management
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Windows 2003/2008/NT  Skill Monitoring systems Maintaining servers according standards, policies, and documentation. Monitoring and attending to file system usage and database space utilization. Scheduling jobs to minimize degradation of system performance. Respond to maintenance needs, including weekends and evenings. Patches and updates.
Serving as the primary troubleshooter for technical problems and issues.
Preferred WINDOWS  Skill Experience with Microsoft Forfront products UAG\TMG (Implementation and troubleshooting) Experience administrating Active directory and all it components(specifically ADLDS, DNS, Domain and their functional levels Experience in a Multi-tenancy AD environment.
Citrix Admin must understand: Citrix Access Gateway Citrix Web Interface XenApp - installation, monitoring and troubleshooting; publishing applications, defining Citrix policies, etc. Citrix client connection - what the pieces are, how they fit together and how they can break
1. ITIL v3 Foundation certification
2. PMP certification is optional
3. 5 years experience
