Maintain departments document imaging structures Ensures all settlement files from multiple mortgage servicers have been received. Process the files through the various programs (Microsoft Access, Excel and the mainframe) to format the files into a single format. Input the files into the Nautilus system. Verify that files have been processed correctly. Check systems logs. Administer Nautilus security. Assist in Nautilus training Perform routine maintenance to the Nautilus server and database. Perform Nautilus system release upgrades Investigate new uses for the document imaging system.   Requirements: Working knowledge of document imaging systems. Nautilus or OnBase systems preferred. General knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Access) General knowledge of Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL.
