Job Title: Sr. Pharmacovigilance Safety Scientist
Location:  Fort Washington, PA
Duration: 6 months
JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Signal Detection and Evaluation, Safety Surveillance for Monograph Drug, Medical Device & Cosmetic (MDC) products in the Office of Consumer Medical Safety (OCMS) of the Client.
The Surveillance Scientist for Medical Device Malfunctions is the healthcare professional who performs the surveillance activities for medical device malfunctions and related adverse events associated with consumer and personal products.
The Scientist will perform all data processes associated with global surveillance for medical device malfunctions and related adverse event reports. This includes the surveillance processes for data mining and trending of product complaints and adverse events.

*BACKGROUND DESIRED:*

* High level of IS knowledge, particularly in Operations, Data
Security, Finance and Controls. **
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Minimum 4 years relevant experience to include IS Controls,
Information Security, Data Center (mainframe and client/server) and
Operational IS Audits with Application Reviews of ERP systems.
* BS or BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or
related discipline

A prestigious well known institution located in Greenwich is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support the SVP and Director of the Human Resources. This highly energetic individual performs a wide range of complex administrative functions for the SVP and Director of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be bright, articulate and cool under the pressures of tight deadlines with comfort and maturity relative to handling highly sensitive and confidential information.  My client offers a 37.5 hour work week (8:30-4:45), medical benefits, life insurance, Pension Plan, Retirement Accounts, Child Care Subsidy, tuition reimbursement, flex spending accounts, generous vacation days, and great working environment. In this Executive Administrative Assistant  role you will be responsible for the following responsibilities.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP and Director of the Human Resources Department.
-Provide calendar management support to members of the Executive Human Resources  Team.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings with high-level decision makers, conference participation and presentation development, coordinates special events, company parties, etc.
-Screen incoming calls for SVP and Director
-Act as backup for Front desk receptionist
-Serves as a back up to HRIS.
-Manages Outlook; reviews e-mail, prioritizes, and responds on behalf of the SVP and Director when necessary.
-Responsible for business travel arrangements and process expense reports.
-Take-charge, perform administrative duties effectively and efficiently: file, photocopy, scan, fax, record mailings, obtaining executive signatures.
-Ensures the office is a workable space by managing organization and archival of files, reports, etc.
-Articulate ambassador of the company both over the phone and in person.
-Acts as an ambassador of the department by serving on various committees and participating in company events.
-Answers questions and requests by clients and company members on behalf of the SVP and Director.
-Interprets company and internal administrative policies and procedures and implements process improvements, as needed
-Put together severance agreements as well as calculate severance.
 
REQUIREMENTS
-BachelorĂ¢€™s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
- At least 5+ years of administrative support of C-Level Executives
- Experience working in a Human Resources Department is strongly preferred
- Some knowledge of HRIS preferred.
- Must be pro-active and should possess independent sound judgment and discretion.
- Excellent analytical skills with excellent computer skills required, Microsoft Word,   Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written skills
- Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of anticipating needs and successfully executing using sharp communication, intuition and project planning expertise.
- This individual must demonstrate a passion for service excellence in all dealings with employees and candidates as well as the public. 
- He/she will pride themselves on their strong personal integrity and accountability/attention to detail and demonstrates those qualities in their job performance and personal polish and professional presentation
- Professional business attire is required for this position.
