The Reconciliation is a firm wide initiative to setup a centralized reconciliation platform. Current need is for an experienced PM to work on a large reconciliation project. There are close to 800 applications in an Access DB. Need good experience interacting with and reporting to business users. Ideally the candidates should have 10 yrs IT PMO experience w/at least 3-5 years in Financial Services Industry working on global projects. If they happen to have a technical development background, that would be a big plus as well. Definitely a Hands on PM. Must be a proactive/professionally aggressive personality type that is willing to roll up sleeves where needed. At least 10 years of technical experience with at least 7 years of actual project management experience in the financial services industry (must have), leading multiple teams on multiple projects. Experience with reconciliation projects from requirements definition through entire life cycle, matrixing across projects and teams globally. Excellent communication skills with experience working with senior level management and business partners. Demonstrates working knowledge of project management methodology and SDLC and basic knowledge of program management. Strong Access experience. Ensures projects are delivered within approved budget, schedule, contingency and meets quality standards.
