Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary task for this individual will be to provide
day-to-day support of Hedge funds technology Infrastructure, consisting of
Lenovo laptops, HP desktop PCs and Dell blade workstations using the
Windows Operating System. In order to support the current day-to-day
service needs and expanding user base we are looking for a technician who has
Trade Support and general financial system support knowledge. S/he
will be tasked with supporting this infrastructure at Hedge funds in compliance
with the established Hedge fund. technology standards to keep pace with the
challenging demands of Hedge fund. Some additional responsibilities of
this position include:

Level 1, 2 & 3 desktop support for Traders, Portfolio Managers and Analysts

Level 1 application level support for trade execution and real-time P&L
