Implement, maintain and support messaging technologies and infrastructure. Serve as the liaison between IT and other business units. Work in conjunction with Director of Network Security, IT partners and business community to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement system solutions following standard Development lifecycle (Requirement Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing, Training & Implementation). Server and LAN technology development and maintenance
Support and Maintain Messaging Systems
1. Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
 All backend messaging servers (Global)
 Maintain all aspects of MS Exchange servers, including health, stability and performance;
 Maintain servers to be secure and up-to-date;
 Daily and weekly checklist to monitor logs;
 Documentation
 Projects
 Outlook
 Provide Level 3 support for Outlook clients globally
 Maintain documentation in support of client community
2. Symantec Email Gateway
 Maintain SPAM\Antivirus\Profanity rules
 Maintain rules to be secure and up-to-date;
 Daily and weekly checklist to monitor logs;
 Documentation
 Projects
3. Mobile Device Management
 Maintain and support MDM Platform including all policy management, application deployment, configuration deployment.
 Provide Level 3 Support for mobile devices that utilize MDM solution, including Blackberries, iPhones, iPads, Android

4. Blackberry Enterprise Server
 Maintain all BES infrastructure globally
 Documentation
 Projects
5. Microsoft Activesync
 Maintain all Activesync infrastructure globally
 Documentation
 
6. Microsoft Lync
 Maintain Microsoft Lync infrastructure globally
 Provide Level 3 support for Lync clients globally
 Documentation
7. Helpdesk Tickets
 Messaging related issues;
 Provide 7x24 support;
 Provide 3rd -Level support to Field Engineers, Servicedesk and end user clients;
 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 
Solid understanding of Information Technology Messaging systems. Working knowledge of and ability to apply project skills. Good Project leadership skills. Demonstrated knowledge of major systems: Active Directory, Security and Network. Working knowledge of Group Policy Objects. Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS.
Must have the ability to work under pressure with time sensitive constraints. Ability to work on multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analysis and design skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Ability to work effectively within a team.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must possess the following education and experience. This position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with 6+ year's advance working knowledge of working experience in networking environment and at least 4 years of Messaging and Windows-related experience.
