Position Functions or Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of management we are seeking to hire a  Security Lead with STRONG application security expertise. The on-going project will convert many core legacy systems from 'green-screen' mainframe applications to a modern SOA, BPM, Portal based solution consisting of custom and COTS components. The solution will be built on Oracle Enterprise platforms and will use many PeopleSoft modules.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to;

 The Security Expert will work with the project team to provide:
Assess security requirements and provide recommendations for the program.
PeopleSoft 9.1/Tools 8.5x application security expertise
OBIEE Security experience.
Design and build the security architecture for the entire architecture.
Define new global roles and permission lists.
LDAP and its integration with PeopleSoft.
Oversight of getting security roles / permission list tested and moved into Production.
Oversight of development of dynamic role based queries (for active / non-active / retiree / etc ).
Integration with third party products, Single User Signon.
Understanding between internal facing / external facing applications and how to expose this in a secure manner.
Oversee the PeopleSoft account administration process, ensuring that account creations, modifications and deletions occur in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ensure that appropriate roles, permission lists and row level security exists for all functional areas within each environment.
Work with project work streams to design, implement and maintain security structures for delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications.
Provide PeopleSoft security training where needed.
Routinely audit security in all PeopleSoft environments, ensuring that all users are appropriately provisioned for their work function.
Maintain and migrate security across multiple databases in support of database refresh activities.
Analyze and resolve security and access problems related to both delivered and customized PeopleSoft applications.
Write and maintain documentation related to security design, implementation and practices.

Position Responsibilities - Summary:
 
My client is seeking Sr. Software Implementation Consultants to join their Professional Services team. A Sr. Consultant must have a proven track record of providing an exceptional level of effective business solution implementation and delivery execution of large scale, complex enterprise software. This individual may oversee the work of junior consultants and/or be expected to address more complex and challenging assignments. Further, they are seeking Consultants with extensive domain expertise in asset accounting for utilities, oil & gas, transportation, mining, and telecommunication industries.
 
Software is currently installed on premise and project length ranges from 6-9 months for average sized projects, with 1-3 people assigned, and 12+ months for large sized projects, with 4-6 people assigned.
 
The Sr. IC may work on multiple projects depending on size, scale and scope of efforts.
 
Travel is expected to up to the 80% area Monday thru Thursday (M-T), all of US + Some Canadian - Home Office Based roles with expenses fully paid.
 
A Sr. Consultant will be expected to perform the following duties:
 
·         Actively participate and be highly engaged as part of an implementation project team (including clients, colleagues, other consultants, vendors, etc.). Contribute and share application and domain/industry expertise, and functional knowledge of asset accounting. Possess and demonstrate advanced consultative skills.

The informal networking groups are so helpful in networking that we will do the "speed dating" again on the 2nd before we sit down for dinner and the general introductions.  Briefly, these informal "dates" consist of up to 4 people and last for 5 to 10 minutes.  At the end of the 10 minutes, the groups break up and new ones are formed with different participants. Suggested dialogues for your "speed dating" encounters will be provided at the registration desk in case you are at a loss for what to say during these conversations.
 
There will be an opportunity to circulate up to 50 copies of your resume, personal bio, leads, or other appropriate material in a handout for each participant from the dinner.

1.      What is your perception of the current job market?
2.      Are there any companies/industries where there is a lot of hiring activity?

3.      Are any of your clients/customers refusing to accept resumes from candidates who are unemployed?
4.      What are the top issues or problems that your clients are trying to solve?
a.       most sought after skills?
5.      What do you think about cover letters?  Are "T" letters valuable?
6.      What is your/your client's policy regarding references and Social Security numbers up front? Are they required, what should a candidate do when asked for them?
7.      Do your customers/clients use social media for recruiting or due diligence on candidates?
8.      How do you use LinkedIn?  What kind of time do you spend on LinkedIn daily?
9.      Do any of your clients require candidates to share their Facebook passwords?

This position is located in Jersey City, NJ.
  Looking for a Project Manager for a plant maintenance project.  Position is located in Jersey City NJ and is for a minimum of 6 months, potential right-to-hire position as well.  Excellent communication skills and a critical thinker is required.  Experience with INFOR and implementing it in an SAP environment is a huge plus.  Integration work in general is required. .
