Our customer has various offices and manufacturing facilities across the
western US as well as on the east coast. They are seeking a motivated
individual to join our Stamford, CT based facility to help us with Sales and
*Project Management. *
Job functions & responsibilities will include:
Estimate & quote projects to customers
Follow up and track all sales quotes to ensure as many as possible become
orders
Write up sales orders and prepare production sheets for our products
Handle all aspects of customer support with our clients
Monitor the facility's production schedule with the Plant manager to ensure
all orders go out timely
Visit customers and architects to make sales and promote our products
Work with the admin staff closely to make sure all orders are executed
properly
Learn to read and interpret shop drawings for specific projects
*Requirements*
This position requires a very focused, motivated and sharp individual. You
must be able to work well with others as well as individually
without too much supervision. The individual must be a quick learner as
this is a very fast paced environment with a demanding customer base. The
ability to multi process is a must !
*Job requirements are as follows:*
4 Year College Degree graduate
Excellent spoken communicative &written skills
High attention to detail
Excellent math skills
Professional disposition
Ability to execute in highly deadline oriented environment and follow up as
well Several years sales experience in a related • industry a plus
Excellent computer skills
