Scope of Work:
"Hands-on" oversight responsibility of BAU operations and deliverables ofexisting staff in day to day execution of HR Technology's Sarbanes Oxleycontrols, oversight of 3rd party vendor services and application systemenhancement solution design. Individual is expected to take action asnecessary to assist and perform functions in support of and to backfill forstaff.
Sarbanes Oxley controls consist of activities related to Change Management,Change Request, compliance with Prudential IT technology standards, andfacilitation of the annual audit process. 3rd party vendor servicesincludes maintaining relationship with Prudential's IT service provider andensuring vendor performs at predefined service levels and application solutionsproposed by vendor conform to sound solution design. Perform informationsecurity recertification assessments. Facilitate the coordination of theinternal and external annual audit review process.
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience in the Software DevelopmentLife Cycle
• Extensive experience in application design anddevelopment
• Exceptional written & verbal communications,
and Prudential 3rd party vendors
• Familiarity with HR application functions &systems such as PeopleSoft (v8.8) and Compensation systems
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel & Word skills
Desired Skills:
• Experience with 3rd party vendor governanceprocesses
• Familiarity with HR business processes
• Experience with Sarbanes Oxley audit processes
