Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6+ months

This Project Manager needs to have a solid background in telephony projects.

This Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

The Project Manager will be part of the Channel and Integration team. They will meet with business partners to review business requirements. They will work as part of the project team to deploy project requests. They will be asked to work some evening hours and occasional weekends as part of new technology deployments. They will perform various other project management tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.

Skills needed:

The Project Manager must have a proven track record of telephony project experience. Experience should include some work history with call center components such as PBX, IVR, Call recording, reporting, and telephony infrastructure changes. Candidates must have exceptional oral and written communications and customer service skills.

Experience with telephony administrator tools is helpful (i.e. Nice, CMS).

Preferred to have experience evaluating and/ or working with the caller experience of natural language, directed dialog and DTMF Interactive Voice Response applications.

Advanced experience in all phases system life cycle for IVR and Call Center applications such as caller interface design, IVR or call center application development, and tuning of applications to improve caller/ customer experience.

Additional Skills:
- Call Center reporting subject Matter expertise
- IVR Reporting subject Matter expertise
- Business Object Experience a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Basic Knowledge of infrastructure security technologies.

Soft skills –

* Good written and oral communication skills
* Good documentation and presentation skills
* Should be able to clear background verifications and requisite security clearance

Roles and Responsibility :

* Responsible for performing Tier-1 Security Response activities as per SOPs
* Provide single point of contact for Security and Legal related calls, tickets, issues
* Escalate and assign tickets to appropriate teams (Tier-2 & Tier-3) for resolution
* Monitor the ticketing system and work on raised tickets
* Provide initial responses to security incidents
* Required to work in rotating shifts covering 24x7.
