Helpdesk Manager( Infra ) with Servicenow.
Location: Princeton, NJ
Rate: 6 + months extendable.
Start date: Immediate.
 
Position Summary
Project Manager's primary responsibility will be to split the existing helpdesk customer base from the current Managed Service Provider (MSP) to an additional MSP.  Both vendors will execute similar services utilizing a single Service Management platform but for separate user populations.  The successful PM will ensure that service levels remain high during and after this transition and the project will include defining and operationalizing an integrated service model to be executed by both vendors.
Key Job Responsibilities
Work with internal/external resources to gather requirements for splitting, integrating and operationalizing helpdesk services.
Work with external resources to implement data migration and transition plans.
Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
Develops communication plans and interfaces to execute on responsibilities.
Ensures that the project is executed and managed according to Otsuka's Standard Operating Procedures, Working Practices, processes and tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to the project Lead, and Steering Committee leadership
Identify, track, and resolve project issues in a timely fashion
Develops the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, risk plan, and related project management artifacts.
Publishes periodic project status reports.
Manages the project change control process
Travel (approximately 20% Princeton and Rockville)
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience Required:
Solid understanding of ITIL methodology.
Experience implementing, transitioning or operationalizing helpdesk services and service models.
Knowledge of system development lifecycles (SDLC) with general understanding in the areas of application development, database, and system design.
5+ years Project Management experience managing cross functional and/or global projects from start to finish
Intermediate computer skills with demonstrated experience in working with the Microsoft 2010 suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Project)
Proven results as both a team member and individual contributor

Summary

Although the Marketing group is the primary beneficiary of projects this individual will participate in, additional groups such as Marketing, Finance, and Compliance are served. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Monitor Technician to maintain continuous cardiac monitoring through observing, interpreting, reporting and recording cardiac rhythms of all telemetry patients. As a Monitor Technician with Bayonne Medical Center, you will report to the Telemetry Nurse Manager to interpret arrhythmias. You will also be required to give report at changing of shifts and maintain logs of required data for all patients admitted to telemetry.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·         Checking equipment to ensure proper functioning and participating  trouble shooting drills
·         Maintaining standard inventory of required supplies transmitter batteries, limb leads, electrodes and transmitter pouches.
·         Operating monitor equipment mainframe: switching on and off recording strips Operating arrhythmia computer, EKG machine, portable monitor
·         Initiating and terminating cardiac monitoring when ordered
·         Maintaining effective lead placement on all patients and applying electrodes as per policy
·         Setting alarm limits and arrhythmia parameters and removing telemetry transmitter from patient as ordered or directed by nurse
·         Documenting all rhythm tracings and consulting with nursing staff when interpretation of rhythms is difficult.
·         Immediately reporting any abnormalities or sudden changes in cardiac rhythm to physician or appropriate nursing personnel and documenting changes with rhythm slip
 
Job Requirements:
This is a per diem position that requires prior experience with Telemetry Monitoring.  The incumbent must be able to work independently without additional training.

Job Description
 As a Clinical Instructor with Bayonne Medical Center School of Nursing, you will be responsible for the nursing instruction of students and related activities.  You will present subject matter in terms that have relevance to students.  You will also provide learning opportunities through which students grow increasingly competent in the use of theoretical knowledge to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing effective written material and handouts
* Developing and maintaining required records and reports.      
* Distributing notification of educational opportunities and activities on a timely basis. ·        
* Entering students' educational data into computer system 
* Working with interdisciplinary groups and individuals in the community
 
Job Requirements
 
* New Jersey RN license
* MSN
* 2+ years RN teaching experience
