Good Morning

I am currently working on the following consulting opportunity in Rutherford, NJ where we are looking for a Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Cooperate with teammates to proactively monitor the execution of the corrective actions associated with &-related audit issues, including capturing latest status on resolution, via the Issue Life Cycle process.
Liaise with risk and control officers across the & organization.
Monitor the execution of the 2012 Audit Plan impacting &-owned and shared audit entities, update the audit plan with current status of in-progress reviews, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Create and update reports on audit issues and review status, clearly and concisely highlighting pertinent information for Senior Management.
Support production of audit updates for the & Operating Committee Report.
Coordinate bi-weekly meetings between the & Regulatory and Audit Management team and internal risk and control teams.
Anticipate potential risks to deliverables and escalate as appropriate.
Clearly communicate and escalate issues to management on a timely basis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business
At least 5 years experience working with internal/external audit groups and the audit process, during which the candidate applied a structured approach to the successful management, tracking, monitoring and reporting of audit issues and portfolios of audit issues for multiple Businesses and Regions, spanning broad geographies and organizations
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results without sacrificing quality
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail oriented
Experience interfacing with internal and external auditors
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Technical expertise with MS Excel
Technical proficiencies in MS Word and PowerPoint
Strong & related control experience, including Information Security, Continuity of Business, and Data Privacy terminology a plus
At least one of the following certifications CRISC, CISA, CISM or CISSP is desirable
