Please add this to your calendar now, as it is the only notice you will receive!  The New Jersey North Chapter of GPSEG invites you to an evening of intelligent conversation, business networking, reconnecting with good friends, or making new ones. This is a great way for working members to keep in touch and meet the many new members.
It is generally the last Monday of the month, or the prior week if the last Monday is a holiday.  We skip December.
We invite other executive level networking groups such as:
* ChemPharma,
* FENG,
* IERG,
* MENG,
* NJ-SENG, and
* TENG,
and look forward to welcoming their members and friends.  If you would like to recommend another executive level networking Group to be invited, please let us know, and provide contact information!

Job Description: Lead Business Analyst preferred

Define, analyze and document business requirements for the conversion of a newly acquired broker dealer onto the Advisor Group Wealth Management Platform (WMP). WMP is an investment portfolio management and trading application.

Candidate will need to demonstrate the capability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Take the lead role in:
. Eliciting requirements
. Organizing requirements
. Requirements analysis
. Translating and simplifying requirements
. Requirements management and communication
. Design of test cases
. Management of requirements traceability matrix
. Management of project scope
. Assist with the identification of training and development requirements

The BA is a critical link between the Subject Matter Experts providing the business requirements and the rest of the team trying to construct the solution. The need to help capture, consolidate, and communicate the information from the SMEs to the rest of the team is the critical, bridge the gap role that this person will play.

Position Requirements
. Requirements documentation
. Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
. Understanding of systems engineering concepts
. The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter expects
. Business case development
. Leadership
Candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management and/or trading applications.

Computer Skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
