Description:
 
  • Operations support dedicated to improving clarity and flow through better documentation of current and improved processes and batch records.
  • Responsible for writing, routing and completing change orders to enable change to controlled documents.
  • Responsible for training associates as needed for document effectively.
  • Responsible for working with operators, supervisors, and managers to implement changes to documentation and creating the optimized solution to documentation issues.
  • Significant interface with Quality and partnership with multiple business areas required to be successful.
  • Must have strong word processing skills including working with templates and custom formats, with exposure to quality systems.
  • Must be able to work independently, solve problems, and work with teammates to come to solutions.
  • Must be able to present solutions to management prior to implementation.
 
Note from Manager:
Level of degree – H.S Degree or equivalent
Bachelors preferred but not required
 
Years of experience – 3 or more yrs
 
  • Systems – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Document management systems
  • Duration continues to be 3 months.
