Helpdesk support projects.*

another support team, functional owner or infrastructure group as

*• Logging suggestions for application enhancements and
distributing to program managers for consideration and/or action *

*• Troubleshooting application issues*

*• Communication/ email notifications of issues via Support
Central*

*• Provide weekly status reports to GE management.*

*• Configuration for troubleshooting and inquiries*

*• Setup of troubleshooting and inquiries*

*• Posting and proactive notification to end-users of expected SLA
(for every call) to obtain resolution –*

*• Functional consultant with experience in support*

*• Good Communication and analytical skills*

*• Production Support for applications implemented in java
platform.*

*• Involve in maintenance of application*

*• Implementation of minor enhancemnets.*

*• Doing RCA on issues and provide solution.*

*• Monitoring jobs and take necessary action in case of failure.*

*• Resolve L2 Tickets within defined SLA*
