· 8+ yrs exp in business analysis, requirement gathering, use case documentation, customer interaction, offshore coordination. experience in retail / manufacturing preferred.
Business Analyst (BA is the primary role with some PM responsibilities) |
Job Description: |
· Should be able to lead the team, assign responsibilities / work, manage customer status reporting & communications · Analyze business requirements and document the same in form of BRDs. |
· Work as a bridge between IT team and business team to ensure all the business requirements are met by IT team. |
· Work closely with multiple stakeholders and provide insight into the development process as needed. |
· Design test cases and strategy to ensure that the IT projects meet all the requirements specified. |
· Analyze issues reported by business, work with the TL to decide if it is a hot fix or an enhancement. |
· Representation in the change control meeting to ensure all stakeholders understand the business reasoning behind the project / enhancements. |
Work Experience Requirements: |
· 8+ years overall experience in Business Analyst role with prior experience in Sales / Logistics domain |
· Prior experience working in distribution / retail / manufacturing industries |
· Excellent understanding of business and functional areas and ability to articulate the same both verbally and in writing. |
· Versatile communication and negotiation skills. |
· Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent project and time management skills |
· Willingness to seek feedback, adapt practices and continuously learn and evolve |
