Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive brokerage and custody services to more than 4,000 fee-based, Independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients.  The company provides an advanced technology platform and services designed to help advisors build their businesses.
 
Reporting to the Director of Practice Management, the Senior Consultant, Practice Management will drive net new assets (NNA) by delivering Practice Management programs to support the company's efforts to extend the practice management brand, increase knowledge and credibility of the sales force, and coach advisors to achieve tangible results. The Senior Consultant, Practice Management will be responsible for delivering highly integrated end-to-end practice management programs.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Deliver keynote presentations and facilitate workshops at major conferences and prominent regional events to support the rollout of practice management programs
·         Must be   a knowledgeable expert who has the presence, gravitas, and experience to inspire confidence among large prospects and clients that the company has the expertise to help them run a better business
·          Train the sales force on new practice management programs
·          Serve as the main point of contact and SME for Sales for all practice management programs, content, and tools
·         Partner with sales to offer in-depth consulting support for larger advisors and complex cases
·          Develop a consistent coaching engagement framework for Practice Management for use by all PMCs and vet with sales to ensure proper hand-offs/involvement occurs so that sales receives "value credit" for the work
·          Coach high-value advisors to define their goals and challenges and assist them in developing an action plan to achieve meaningful business results
·         Contribute to the development of keynotes, workshops, webcasts, and workshop materials to support programs
·          Create case studies and success stories to help supplement practice mgmt. content and demonstrate the firm's capabilities.
Requirements:
·         Series 7 and/or Series 66 is preferred
·          4-year college degree required; graduate degree preferred
·          Minimum 7 – 10 years' experience coaching, leading, and/or developing advisors
·          Minimum 10 – 15 years in financial services
·          Deep industry experience and practice management knowledge is required.
·          Successful track record of providing in-depth coaching engagements that achieve results with references.
·          Seasoned speaker at industry events and/or internal advisor meetings
·         Excellent communication skills, high EQ, and analytical skills a must
·          Coaching accreditation preferred
·          Travel approximately 50%.
