Technical Service Representative (food/environmental) for
specialty chemical company in NJ/PA/DE area. Work with customer technical
issues, troubleshooting, support, training, product demonstrations and have a
role in the marketing, sales, and service efforts of the company. Develop
collaborations with individuals that are leaders in the environmental field.
The job requires over 50% travel.
Requirements
• BS Degree in Chemistry or related field
• 3—10 years of technical service or technical sales
experience
• Industrial experience in Liquid and Gas Chromatography and
Mass Spectrometry as well as organic and inorganic extractions.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Must possess solid understanding of Solid Phase
Extraction/GCMS/LCMS.
-Knowledge of market technical needs
-Outstanding ability to interface with customers
-Able to work in a team environment with sales and service
-High degree of communication skills required
-Networking through active engagement in scientific
societies
-Detailed knowledge of food and environmental chemistries
and terminology
Relocation provided.
