Data Management Lead

The Analytics & Reporting Center of Excellence Data Management Lead will be responsible for delivering reporting Data Mgmt Services to our CoE customers including standard reports, ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.

This critical role is responsible for providing the leadership and expertise to acquire, manage, transform, normalize and analyze data to create a data asset that will be used to drive insightful analyses and reports in support of the Analytics and Reporting CoE.
This person will also work closely with the Technology Organization to drive consistent operating processes, procedures, and methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design and implementation of an enterprise Data Governance framework.
- Take accountability for enterprise-level data standards and data governance processes (define systems of record, standards, cleansing rules, naming conventions, access policies etc…)
- Serve as internal CoE point of contact for anything IT or CoE environment related (including tools).
- Serve as a resource within the CoE for training on methodologies, principles, practices and tools.
- Develop and maintain classifications and information organization standards.
- Develop deep understanding of all of the data within the organization and incorporates relevant data into the CoE environment
- Accountable for driving data integrity and compliance
- Accountable for driving database architecture and technical environment within the CoE
- Responsible for data management and data content within the CoE
- Responsible for driving the maintenance of data model and analytics environment
- Responsible for driving data enhancements, including ETL programming and integration of capabilities across analytics functions
- Provides data source and system issue resolution
- Serve as a leader and champion of data management and data architecture across the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building large scale BI & Integration solutions across multiple business areas
- Deep understanding of BI, analytics, integration & data governance
- Experience in data warehousing tools, ETL/reporting, middleware
- Ability to drive multiple initiatives and run both data strategy and operations across the portfolio
- Ability to influence and manage relationships across the organization even where no direct line of reporting exists
- Ability to run a metrics driven operation
- Strong leadership capabilities, being able to motivate, rally & build high-performing teams
- Collaborative team player. Highest level of communication, information sharing & transparency
- Strong analytical, problem solving & general management skills
- Willingness to adopt change, new ideas, processes. Challenge status-quo and drive creativity, innovation and operational excellence
- Deep understanding of integrations & BI
- 10-12 years of experience with at least 5+ years in BI & Integration

ERP Training Leader

The SAP Program Training leader will drive all organizational training activities associated with the business and technology changes standardizes global processes and implements SAP. This will include training logistics and development. This role is also responsible for the coordination of training across the whole organization from an SAP perspective both during the system implementation and its subsequent sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Training management
* Ensure that all end users receive training for their roles
* Approve and manage approval of training deliverables
* Lead development of training materials and manage their delivery
* Perform training needs analyses
* Develop a Train-the-Trainer Plan
* Work with the deployment team to manage issues related to deployment of training such as scheduling and attendance and assessment reporting
* Develop a training sustainment model
* Approve site specific training requirements
* Work with the deployment team to provide guidance regarding curriculum mapping needs
* Support and guide training team in training logistic responsibilities
* Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
* Lead site follow-up evaluations and assessments
* Manage issue resolution process
* Support training instance set-up and maintenance (clone, set up and configure training instance, refresh instance on request, and backup training instance with data)

Training Design Responsibilities:
* Create training design documentation and standards
* Support development of all ERP training materials based on the documentation design and standards
* Set up a Learning Management System according to training requirements as determined in the Detailed

Training Plan
* Manage authoring and content management software administration activities
* Support quality control for training material development

- Manage the BPP (Business Process Procedure) upload process on the authoring and content management software server

Logistics/Implementation Responsibilities:
* Work with the training leads to determine site specific logistical requirements
* Work with implementation, training and logistics leads to help execute end user training at the site
* Manage training delivery clients by site

- Manage localization and /or language translation of training materials
- Curriculum Map end user to job roles based on security roles
- Assist with class scheduling, facility set-up, and training registration
- Run reports to help ensure that all end users have completed their role-specific required training prior to gaining system access
- Set up off-site training facilities if necessary
- Manage site training schedule and administration

Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor degree in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and experience, MS or MBA preferred

Experience (5+ years experience in the following areas):
* Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in training design, training delivery, project management, communications, and professional development
* Training Experience with a large ERP product like SAP, ORACLE a plus

Skills:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Customer focus
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills
* Negotiation skills
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
* Project management experience preferred
* Organizational learning methodologies, including adult learning theory
* Instructional design
* Learning technologies
