Develop requirements for feeds into Barcalys POINT to support the Fixed
Income Attribution project
-Requirements Gathering
-Understand Barcalys POINT strengths and define approach to managing User
Defined Instruments
-Review & Validate the attribution data produced both during QA and
production cycles
-Support the RFP requests by providing attribution data to the business
and support them in the RFP process
-Work with Technology to develop detailed requirements that support
automation of feeds into Barclays POINT and manage
exception and error reporting
-Help validate historical data being fed into Barclays POINT and help
validate attribution output

Working on a very high profile fixed income attribution project. Barclays
Point will be the application used. This will be the most important
project that this firm has ever done.

Our Client is seeking a Senior Level Business Analyst with Core Banking
Experience; Cash, Deposit and Markets Systems

Must be a business requirements analyst with a strong user experience
background. 7+ years of financial industry experience with Cash Management,
Deposit or Markets is required. Direct experience (minimum 5 years) in
business process, data analysis, requirements resolution, documentation,
validation and change control processes is a must Prior working experience with
bank or Retail banking or Credit Cards or Consumer Risk is a strong plus
Experience (minimum 3 years) working on global projects with stakeholders
located around the globe is a must Experience working on projects encompassing
both IT systems and business process change a must BS or equivalent
degree. Must have strong listening, requirements elicitation, analysis and
problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills – collaboration across
multiple business and technology functions, relationship building and
consensus building are a must Must have strong documentation and oral
communications skills and demonstrate functional and business knowledge regarding
prior projects Must be a self-starter, work productively with minimal
direction, learn quickly, and produce under pressure and tight deadlines Must have
strong data querying and analysis skills with expertise on Excel, Visio,
PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Access knowledge. Project experience is a strong
plus Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related
subject

Overall Purpose of Job:
To be a part of CMS, Deposit and Market team in conducting business
analysis to support CMS, Deposit, Market and other production systems, while
following our bank policy and procedure to ensure the highest stability of the
production systems and quality of change.

Essential Functions
* Manage and communicate issues and resolutions across the
organization and assist vendor in the engagement areas.
* To conduct business functionality, internal process definitions and
software design, and support of CMS and other applications.
* Take the leadership role in analysis and design the system and
infrastructure for bank's CMS, Deposit, Market and other integrated systems.
* Work with business partners, advice and define operations
procedure, and document the internal business process. Tracking issues and reporting
progress of all functional area.

Responsibilities:
* Define and articulate business and functional requirements in the
areas of Cash Management, Deposit and Market systems with deep knowledge in
the areas and capability to deliver requirement artifacts.
* Improves systems by studying current practices, designing
modifications, integrating systems, and driving the implementation of the
improvement process. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system
capabilities; writing specifications.
* Monitors project progress by tracking activity and issues;
resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions, and support
continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and
presenting these for architectural review.
