The DevOps engineer will be part of the core team members within
technologies new platform of products. It plays a key role in the new
technology development and deployment. Responsibilities include but not
limited to: automation, build, package, dependency management, deployment,

Primary Duties
.Understand the needs and challenges of a team that span development and
operations, partner to formulate solutions that support both business and

.Develop solutions for technology, process, people, and practices for build
and release management, application lifecycle changes, operation service
delivery and support
.Be a trusted partner and provide technical leadership across all areas of
the build, release, and operations, to ensure the delivery of exceptional
technical solutions
.Maintaining strong hands-on expertise and knowledge of current Dealertrack
technology stack, as well as emerging processes, techniques and tools.
.Advocate of Continuous Integration and Delivery practice
.Deploy, maintain and scale Web applications

.Setup and maintain continuous integration environments
.Troubleshoot and debug web and application servers for system and

Hat is a plus
.Expert in Linux system administration
.Ability to code and script
.High proficiency in Python scripting
.Strong grasp of automation tools Excellent troubleshooting and debugging
skills
.High proficiency with server side configuration and deployment (Python,
Apache, Jenkins, MRG, Mule ESB)
.Strong experience in scaling web applications and knowledge about
performance metrics
.Experience with Nagios
