Westchester Networking Organization August Presentation

The Westchester Networking Organization (WNO) invites you to our monthly
meeting on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Croton On Hudson Free Library, 171
Cleveland Drive, Croton On Hudson, NY 10520. The following is planned:

* This month, Janelle Razzino and Barbara Toscano will co-present,
"The Mission Statement".

* As always, the WNO Career Doctor is in. Plan to visit with
independent career coach Linsey Levine, who will offer brief, professional
one-on-one advisory sessions.

* At the end of the presentation, a door prize will be drawn

* Lew Tischler will offer brief Small Business advisory sessions.

* Light refreshments, courtesy of Chu, Phillips & Associates,
Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Overview:
 
The Vice President Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing and developing a direct sales force of Regional Sales Managers and independent representatives. This sales & marketing over-achiever will have 5-10 years' of industry successes managing a sales force and will have demonstrated successes in new business development. This high level position will have an opportunity to earn a lucrative six-figure income to include an excellent bonus plan. The medical and dental plans are very good. The ideal candidate will lead the marketing and sales of the company and must be promotable to a more senior level position within the company.
 
Experience/Duties: 
* National sales management experience of 5-10 years managing a sales and marketing team combined with successful experiences with key chain retailers and distributors.
* Proven performance in creating and closing significant new business 
* Current or past experience managing large manufacturing rep agency networks
* Does not have to be from the L&G/Hardware category but must know the customers
* Experience with imported products a plus (70% domestic and 30% import)
