Position Responsibilities - Summary

Assist Sales People and the Sales Organization in the following areas:

· Provide Presales support to sales persons and clients regarding
SAP based solutions

· Assist Sales in gaining insight into the customer's business and
business processes in order to provide appropriate solutions.

· Conduct Functional SAP product and related presentations to
clients

· Conduct SAP Functional Demo's

· Assist sales organization with reviewing prospects/accounts and
help establish sales strategies etc.

· Build and nurture strong client relationships that are often vital
throughout the customer life cycle

Required Skills and Competencies

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Strong presales experience from a software, systems integration,
or consulting firm.

· Strong SAP Functional Expertise on the Financials - FICO Side -
Additional SAP Functional Expertise a Plus.

· Demonstrated success in creating, scoping and assisting in the
selling of solutions.

· Must have strong business solution selling skills and an excellent
understanding of enterprise software sales cycles.

· Disciplined and self-directed with a strong work ethic. Excellent
communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to build strong
client relationships and assist Sales in driving new business.

· Ability to travel up to 50% throughout NE/East Coast with some
National Travel

· Industry experience in any of the following verticals a plus -
Chemical - CPG - Wholesalers -Software

My client is looking for Recognized Technical Experts in the persistent
surveillance marketplace - (EO/IR, & EW) - Electro-optic and Infrared
technologies & Electronic Warfare.

As a Market Segment Systems Engineer you will be part of the Technology
Office reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to the Product Management
group.

Position Responsibilities:

· Gather and define system engineering requirements for a segment
(EO/IR, EW, or radar) in persistent surveillance

· Convey those requirements to internal / external constituencies
with the twin goals of: - Ensuring the right technical information to make
product architecture decisions - Generating business development
opportunities for current and future product and / or service offerings.

· Work closely with Business Development and Product Management to
make product roadmap decisions that will fuel future growth

· Promote products and services in the context of solving
system-level problems. Work with Product System Engineers to help translate
market requirements into product requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· BS/MS degree in engineering or computer science.

· A minimum of 10 years system engineering experience - analyzing,
designing, and building end-to-end C4ISR Systems with a strong emphasis on
the target market segment. (Persistent Surveillance)

· Prior experience evaluating various hardware / software technology
tradeoffs in the development of a system-level C4ISR solutions.

· Prior experience planning technology insertions and evaluating
technical refresh levels.

· Prior experience providing direction and guidance to less
experienced engineers across a cross-functional engineering organization.

Our client a global, financially stable, banking institution in New
Jersey is looking for a Data Warehouse Manager with strong knowledge of
Commercial Banking Products and Basel II. You will manage and provide
direction to the Data Warehouse team in addition to developing new
business solutions.

Data Warehouse Skills Required:
· At least 15 years of Data Warehouse experience Real-time Data
Warehousing experience (Change Data Capture, messaging)
· Experience with Multiple ETL tools and heterogeneous databases
DB2, UDB, Oracle, Federated Data Warehouse or Federated Data Marts
· Experience with OLAP cubes Dimensional Data Modeling Strong
