Good Morning,

Those of you that have met me know that I am not very "hip".  The last concert I went to was to was in the early 90's, and the most recent music on my iPod is a rerelease of an old Elvis record.  That being said we have a new client that is looking for someone who is not like me at all.

One of the hottest record labels in NYC is looking to add some technology talent.

The Basics
•5-10 years C++ development experience (both Mac and Windows platforms)
• Experience developing music-based applications
• Experience working on consumer software products

The Plus's
• Self starter / entrepreneurial experience
• Experience in audio coding
• Experience creating iPhone apps
• Experience in Quicktime development

The spot is in NYC and the pay is 80K to 90K.

So, if you or someone you know wants to work in a great environment developing some really great technology let me know.

All the best,

Larry

Super Sale on Print-Your-Own Business Cards

Posted by: "Jackie Strat" jackiestrat@comcast.net   jackiestrat

Wed Jul 22, 2009 2:58 pm (PDT)

If you need to make up some business cards and like to print them yourself, Paper Direct is having a great sale on business card stock. Prices are as low as $6.49 for 500 cards! A downloadable template designed for a specific card is just $3 (you can see the background color/pattern in formatting preview).

Here is a direct link to the sale page, which has more than just business cards if you're interested in other products:
http://www.paperdirect.com/WB809/scid=WB809/Sale/cid=3447/shop.axd/Category Cut-and-paste it into your browser, if necessary. Just find the picture/link for the business card sales.

To go directly to the business card sale page, go here:
http://www.paperdirect.com/Sale+Business+Cards/cid=3450/shop.axd/Products

Be sure to enter WB809 in the source code box on the shopping card page.

I have used this company for years for work-related activities and they have been excellent to work with.

Of course, you can always go to their main Web site at www.paperdirect.com and search all of their business cards. There are hundreds! They also offer to print your cards themselves, for a fee of course, similar to Vista Print.
