Job Description:The Order Manager within the BVoIP SD Center provides 5 x 8 provisioning support to our customers, representing customer requirements through the planning, implementation and closeout phases for all projects. This entails conducting a technical consultation with the customer, assisting the customer in voice provisioning and setup and resolving complex VoIP network troubles in a timely manner pertinent to an AT&T standard level of service.
The Order Manager provides support and guidance to BVoIP customers. They conduct testing for voice features, interface with the VNCC for VoIP network element provisioning issues and LOCAL to resolve Switch translation automation fall-out.
Candidate will be expected to participate on conference calls with other technical support groups, customers and their suppliers whenever needed to resolve issues preventing order progression.
This position requires a broad understanding of Client BVoIP Network infrastructure and operations, Voice & Data IP Services, physical and logical layer troubleshooting and analysis and experience in customer premise equipment and hardware in order to successfully provision and resolve complex VoIP issues requiring detailed analysis and research.
Extra work hours may be required in this position to fully support our customers.

We currently have a contract
to hire opportunity for a Production Support Analyst at a major company in King
of Prussia, PA. The specs are as follows:
Production Support Analyst
Day to day expectations:

* Candidate will provide ongoing 24 x 7 rotating support and will participate in all shifts including days, overnights, weekends and holidays.
* Candidate will provide first and second level support of web stores, infrastructure, and basic monitoring utilizing an "in house" ticketing system.
* Candidate will be involved in researching and providing background information for tickets that have already been established.
* Candidate will maintain a relationship with the online business teams and provide support for product and web store set up.
* Candidate will run bridge calls for outages.
* Candidate will monitor maintenance notifications for the company and the remote tools that are utilized.
Responsibilities:

* Provide first and second level production systems and technical support for the company and our Partners and Vendors
* Provide Systems Event Management; including off-hours escalation coordination and communications facilitation
* Facilitation of internal Customer and Resource communication
* Facilitation of external Customer/Vendor/Partner and Resource communication
* Support the Products &Technology department on a 24x7x365 basis
* Support the escalation of issues based on defined procedures for systems generated Alerts and Monitoring Alerts
* Diagnose problems using written procedures; and/or apply an analytical skill-set in order to triage reported defects and route those issue to the appropriate Resources for resolution
* Escalate reported issues to appropriate Resources (Internal and External to our client)
* Incident logging for events affecting any of our client's 100+ systems, applications, and 3rd-Party vendors
* Use the Production Support Ticket system where Tickets will be opened to track incidents, and their root-cause.
* Leverage specially designed monitoring interfaces in order to augment the pool of information available to the Production Support Analysts as they triage and diagnose incident reports
* Responsible for being on-site and present in a "Command Center" shared by Operations Personnel and the Production Support team members
* Personnel in Production Support are required to operate as a Team, performing the activities of Production Support during the individual's assigned shift, but operating with the perspective that the operations of Production Support are perpetual, and therefore do not cease when an Team Member's shift ends.

Qualifications:

* Interpret and communicate the details of systems events in a manner which effectively relays the most important aspects of the event and accounts for the technical level of the target audience
* Good team player, with the ability to work with diverse personalities in a variety of settings
* Strong analytical and research abilities
* Track, log and communicate issues, defects, outages and other relevant information to the entire Production Support Team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Flexible schedule availability to including availability for shifts that include weekend, late evening, overnight and/or emergency remote coverage.
* Ability to triage, diagnose and appropriately escalate high priority issues related to our client's various systems and applications
* Ability to follow defined escalation paths in order to ensure appropriate focus and attention is placed on high priority issues affecting revenue generating and non-revenue generating systems
* Familiarity with networking concepts. Network troubleshooting ability including PING, Trace Route and other methods of determining connectivity
* Ability to switch between multiple tasks and priorities quickly and efficiently.
* 2 or more years Experience in a retail or e-commerce industry.
* Highly motivated and detail oriented
* Ability to manage individual and group projects; meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
* Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly Activity Reporting requirements which will help determine delivery goals and expectations for availability and performance of Revenue generating and Partner facing systems and applications
* The position requires broadband access and access to a personal system capable of accessing the company's Systems (via a VPN) utilizing the company's supplied VPN software.
* Ability to create formalized documentation for direct distribution to internal and external audiences
* Minimal experience with databases, basic Unix commands and running SQL queries as part of triage for reported issues.
* Generate and produce reports on an ad-hoc basis
* Make recommendations and take action on process improvement recommendations
* Candidates must display critical thinking capabilities and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of problems, coordinate appropriate Resources during crisis situations and see resolution through to Customer acceptance and training.

Overview:

Define and specify company standards and technical constraints into system
applications. Synthesize design concepts across development
organizations. Provide quality assurance department/personnel with an
understanding of the integrated system design concept underlying use
cases. Utilize engineering skills, architect engineering skills and
experience synthesizing design concepts across multiple development
organizations. Capture and control company design driving requirements
into a System Requirements Specification (SRS). Capture and control
design solutions description in a System Interaction Document (SID).
Capture and configuration manage architecture concepts in architect tool.
Facilitate integrated design reviews with principal architect.
Participate in design concept alternative identification and viability
assessments. Integrate and de-conflict design concepts. Analyze
user needs specification and trace integrated solutions to relevant user
requirements and enterprise drivers. Identify and track closure of open
design concept issues. Manage technical risks. Obtain approval of
SRS, SID and architect products. Conduct interviews with business

framework
