From:

"Mark Albala" <mcalbala@bellatlantic.net>Add sender to Contacts

I will be in Charlotte, NC for a while still, having been given a third project to lead at Family Dollar (I will be constructing their HR Data Mart)

Here is where I can use the help â€" If there is someone in the ranks looking for a job who has the following background and is willing to travel Mon-Thurs to North Carolina through December, I would like to talk to them

1 â€" Experienced person with HR compliance issues, particularly HIPAA and SOX compliance.  Retail experience a plus
2 â€" Experience with Informatica and HR data
3 â€" Experience with MicroStrategy and HR data
4 â€" Business Analyst who has worked on at least one data warehouse (the definition of BA is fairly junior, not anything approaching a solution architect).

The people selected will be working for me but subcontracting through another firm as a 1099.  People should think of their rate plus expenses and their all- inclusive rate (for estimation purposes, they should take their target salary, divide it by 1650 (2000 hours per hour, and a 22% uplift to cover incorporation expenses and some extra).

Thanks

Mark
