Join us Wednesday, February 1st for the next meeting of the GenY Networking Group. Participate in a forum dedicated to the specific dynamic of Generation Y. Discuss and explore today's job market and economic realities. Review the basics of networking, job search, and career development. Sessions co-facilitated by Mike Palestina, Certified Coach and Leadership Consultant.
The primary topic of this meeting will be – Your Personal Marketing Value Proposition, presented by John Gilbert. In this session we will explore how because each of us is unique and extraordinary we can deliver real value to an organization. When developing personal marketing tools (i.e. resume, job search strategy, etc.), the creation of an energetic, concise and clear value prop provides impact which may distinguish an individual's unique promise of value among the crowd of candidates. Possessing over 20 years of senior management experience with life science and medical device companies, John Gilbert has held positions of General Manager, President and Chief Executive Officer prior to founding AscensiLogix, LLC. AscensiLogix offers consulting/analysis in areas including business and strategic planning, sales and distribution, marketing and leadership and management guidance.
