Description:
Enterprise Infrastructure Projects (EIP) is responsible for managing medium to large scale multidisciplinary projects involving the implementation of core infrastructure offered by Enterprise Infrastructure (EI). EIP project managers require strong knowledge of core IT infrastructure with an understanding/awareness of business processes (i.e. budgeting, resource management etc.). Also the role needs to be prepared to drive and initiate organizational change where appropriate.

Manage an infrastructure project through the full project lifecycle (regionally and/or globally)
- own/drive cost transparency and efficiency for projects under management
- able to manage multiple regional/global projects simultaneously
- able to manage global programs
- effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically across the various business units and IT groups
- monitor and control project/program issues and risks
- build relationships throughout the EI organization and business groups
- develop a cohesive and delivery focused project team
- Communicate and share knowledge
- Able to mentor and coach (core team and matrix team)

Skills Required:
Graduate with extensive experience of at least 10 years of project managing complex/large IT projects
- Thorough knowledge of PMI approach and application in industry

Extensive experience in process change/improvement and system integration project
Significant experience in at least one of the following industries:
Investment Banking, Retail banking, Oil and Gas Industry, Insurance, Building Construction , Pharmaceutical Industry, Power Industry
Ability to manage global projects/programs and virtual teams from a diverse cultural background
Strong awareness of desktop, networking (voice and data), distributed, market data technologies and systems, as well as being able to understand the value these technologies bring

Sr Risk Systems Data Analyst

Sr.Systems Data Analyst (SDA) helps to define the data sourcing strategy, methods and implementation priorities, roadmap and plan of all data source acquisition to the Global Risk Aggregation system (GRA). GRA supports limits aggregation and limits behavior management for the entire portfolio. The SDA works closely with members of the data analysis and scenario calculation streams and other highly skilled consultants throughout the lifecycle of this large scale data integration and analytics systems implementation.
The qualified candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to facilitate analysis and issue resolution across multiple systems and groups. Regularly leads small to medium size data acquisition projects, performs project management activities such as planning, sizing, configuration and scheduling activities across the organization. Evaluates options for meeting data sourcing needs and ensures that system requirements are identified, prioritized and incorporated in an effective, efficient manner. The Sr. Systems Data Analyst, leads the analysis and documentation of complex databases and other data sources supporting the GRA project.
Job Requirements
Act as a lead in sourcing data from across the organization in various methods to the GRA data store.
Produce data acquisition specifications and data use documents. Diagram data acquisition processes and data workflows.
Plan and organize data acquisition work and deliverables and integrate/synthesize broad and diverse inputs and large amounts of information to formulate cohesive data requirements to serve as the basis for the business data analysts.
Produce systemic data profiling requirements and lead the data profiling analysis. Compile data profile results and document for downstream use by the business data analysis and scenario calculation streams.
Assist in the design and overall data integration processes and architecture
- Provide testing and other quality assurance services
- Development/update of data warehouse documentation and standard procedures, including data flow diagrams to demonstrate source, transformation and target
Assisting the Data Architect and DBA in the development and maintenance of atomic, aggregates, external hierarchies, indexes, and other database objects.
Supporting cross-platform development, integration with data transformation, security, job scheduling, database loading tools, and source code control and release management/configuration management tools.

Demonstrated experience:
5-7 years of experience in defining, designing and implementing data acquisition projects within large data warehouse environments.
Ability to source data from different source systems (flat file, RDBMS, SAP R/3) confirmed by related work experience
Strong database analysis skills
Solid experience with relational databases and experience with ETL tools (AbInitio, Infosphere/Datastage)
Must be self-motivated, independent, resourceful and a demonstrated team member who is capable of being objective and giving/taking constructive feedback
Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity
Ability to work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as events warrant
Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships
Experience with tools such as Erwin and solid knowledge of SQL code.
