A candidate who does not understand the modern interview and strategic
negotiation is at a disadvantage in today's competitive job market. Don't
miss Alex Freund's presentation April 12 on how to "Negotiate the Job Offer
to Win," where candidates will learn, step-by-step, Alex's systematic
approach to evaluate a job offer. The presentation will teach candidates how
to prioritize and examine details of an offer. Also the presentation will
discuss the logical and emotional part of negotiation and give examples via
mock negotiation to demonstrate his techniques and improve negotiation
skills.

The meeting is free and open to the public and will be held in Somerville at
The Nazareth House, 88 West End Av. RSVP is required via email to

The New Jersey Technology & Entrepreneurship Talent Network is hosting a Job
Skills Workshop at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison NJ on Tuesday,
April 17th. It includes a series of skill building activities, networking
with company representatives, a resource book, handouts, and more. Admission
is free. Advanced registration is required -- space is limited.
