Location: MT Laurel, NJ
Client: TD Bank
Duration: 9 months+ extensions and conversion to perm.
Pay: Max rate: $70.00 per hour/hourly W2
  This individual will supporting specific project for this team. They will be supporting the Web UX project as well as other project support as well; 2-3 projects in total. This is a highly visible project.

Day to day we would expect them to manage PM process, manage through the full lifecycle (intake – delivery) building project plans, managing key deliverables of key artifacts, supporting all documentation to maintain audit ability. They will need to have complete financial control. Good financial tracking. Status reporting, accountability, presentation at executive meetings. Budget management should be up to $10MM. They will be managing a matrixed group of individuals; managing their work, however, no direct management of individuals.

Principal Responsibilities
- Projects according to TD project management methodology
- Deliver technology projects according within agreed date and budget
- Develop project schedules from stakeholder estimates
- Develop project budgets from stakeholder estimate
- Perform variance analysis on schedule and budgets
- Develop and track resource projections
- Develop and execute project governance structure
- Manage issues, actions, and risks
- Manage project change requests
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, estimates, review documents, etc.
- Provide leadership and direction, planning and management to a matrixed project team
- Provide timely status reports to technology and LOB management
- Maintain effective relationships with project owner, management and the project team
- Manage distributed, multicultural teams of 25-200 people

Requirements
- Fortune 500 experience in project management of distributed IT solutions
- Extensive experience in customer facing, high volume, 24X7 application operations
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience working within a Release Management process
- Direct, hands-on experience managing projects
- Expert project financial management of project budgets in excess of $2MM
- Expert MS Project Usage
- Expert MS Excel Usage
- Excellent working knowledge of the risk management lifecycle
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts
- Experience within an environment with demanding project and operational tempo
- Excellent documentation skills regarding technical designs, procedures, and workflow
- Displays professionalism in all aspects of position, including personal schedule
- Provides off-hours project support as needed
- Proficient in Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- 7+ yrs of contiguous, recent, and related experience managing large and complex technology projects
- Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) experience preferred
- Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience preferred
- Bachelor' s degree preferred
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Occasional traveling may be required

Ideal Previous Work Experience:
Should be able to have strong financial tracking, Excel use (no excel programming, but need formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Good understanding of use cases and business cases would be good. They should also know EVM and how to calculate this into a project plan. Strong MS Office skills, strong PM skills, excellent soft skills, and the ability to work in an environment with many moving parts. They will need to able to step forward and continue to lead. BA degree is strongly preferred as well as PMP and Six Sigma certifications would be nice to have as well. (Experience is weighted higher than certifications)

Top Technical Must Have Skills
- Must have ability to build and manage large project plans (MS Project)
-7+ years
- Full lifecycle development within web channels and user channels. Need to have the web experience.
- Financial tracking and management experience. Need to have good Excel and ability to work with lg. budgets.

Top Technical Nice to Have Skills
-Strongly preferred web and/or customer facing web services. (B2C experience)
- Web services infrastructure and architectural design understanding.
- An understanding of QA and testing methodologies.

Soft Skills
They really need to have very diplomatic take on PM. Be able to support the business while being able to give them information and action items to ensure deliverables are met. Strong communication skills, presentation skills, ability to give constructive feedback in assessing deliverables.

Success Profile:
The successful candidate is going to have a strong, outgoing personality, highly organized/motivated, and able to handle and navigate through uncertainties while having a clear goal and continue to make progress.

Location: On-site in Mt. Laurel, NJ. There will be minimal travel, if at all. This would be to ME or to Canada. Candidate if required, should have proper documentation to meet these travel requirements.

Duration: There is potentially an opportunity for extension and/or full time potential. Would really like someone interested in a temp to perm opportunity.

We are seeking an innovative, experienced Customer Intelligence expert to challenge, direct and support our evolving Customer Insight (CI) program for the Consumer group which includes an enterprise data warehouse, data governance program and business intelligence/ analytics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the Customer Insight program is aligned with goals, objectives and direction of multiple stakeholders including Circulation Marketing, Product, Advertising and IT. The candidate will be expected to evaluate the existing program and implement a CI roadmap in which the solutions are highly available, scalable and achieve the highest data integrity standards. The focus is on improving productivity, customer value and profitability.
 

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with business leaders to help to shape the roadmap for the Customer Insight program and direct the deployment of that program in alignment with the overall corporate strategy
· Develop highly effective business relationships to rationalize requests among competing business interests, formulate priorities and translate these into executable programs/projects in a collaborative manner
· Coordinate with existing customer intelligence teams to drive and enhance existing programs
· Responsible for the overall data governance and integrity of the data warehouse(s) and source systems
· Work with the Data Warehouse team in IT and other source system teams to define the integration requirements and data rules to support the CI initiatives
· Collaborate cross functionally with IT and business partners to identify and define the reporting and analytical requirements to support their business processes, including the data, reports and dashboards required
· Lead analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
· Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform and warehouse
· Function as the company's recognized authority on best practices for gathering, analyzing and providing access to data in order to make better business decisions
· Educate business users about data availability, usage and data mart views based on organizational roles and data security guidelines
 

Experience:
· 10+ years working experience in the Business Intelligence and analytics landscape
· Must have a minimum of three (3) years of Digital marketing, Online, Media or eCommerce experience
· Must have experience with web analytics platforms / software packages (Omniture preferred)
· Proven track record of implementing Customer Insight programs showing progression from development of reporting, analytics and data warehousing solutions, to growing roles and responsibilities that include leading a group that provides these services in a complex environment (i.e. many business partners across multiple business functions)
· Knowledge of emerging trends and practices in customer intelligence and data warehouse fields
· Proven ability to work with and influence stakeholder and senior level management
· Willingness to delve into the details as well as manage and assist with projects/initiatives
· Prior experience in analyzing data and implementing reporting tools
