ITAC Solutions is currently seeking a MicroStrategy/BI Developer for a top healthcare client. This role will be located in Nashville, TN, voted one of the Top 12 Boomtowns by Bloomberg! This role will offer a competitive salary ($105K-$115K) and will provide relocation assistance!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Application Creation; Schema Objects; MSTR Administrative Tasks
Responsible for the architecture, implementation and maintenance of BI Reporting solutions
Participate in all phases of the systems life cycle.
Set design specifications for semantic layers and multi-dimensional models
Design and execution of unit and system test plans
Requirements:
College degree required (Associates or Bachelors).
5+ years relevant work experience.
Extensive experience with MicroStrategy required
Extensive experience in large scale BI Reporting development projects required
Extensive SQL development experience
Knowledge of BI tool architectures, functions, and features
Operational experience in large scale and complex BI Reporting environment

Primary role is working as technology product manager supporting customer engagement activity like demos, RFP's, prospect meetings and pre-sales support for the front end solutions, NXC and Mobile solutions. In addition the candidate will be assigned product management responsibilitiedhering to all activities of product management such as setting strategy, making that strategy actionable and rollout of the product along with adoption.
This role is very customer facing in all aspects from demo to strategy meetings with C level executives. In 2013 alone our team has supported over 600 of these engagements and some required travel. While the role primarily focuses on the NetX Solutions set the role is expanding and the associate will also be expected to learn and speak to Global capabilities. He presents the solutions in front of C-Level executives, investment professionals, associates in Operations, Compliance, Sales Support and Technology. In addition to day to day customer engagement activity the role also involves supporting external conferences by managing a booth and demo's of technology, speaking at conferences and developing content for conferences.
Major Skill Sets Required is
3-5 Years Product Management Experience in financial services or technology
Industry knowledge
3-5 years of customer facing interaction, sales, pre sales for financial services solutions, tech
Strong Communicator/Presenter
External speaker experience at industry events, firm events
Internal speaker expertise at Leadership Mtgs, Director Mtgs, Bank Mtgs
Strong Relationships Internally and Externally (matrix management skills)
Project Management Skills
Market Research and Analysis experience
Some marketing and public relations experience
Driver, ProActive , Strong Multi-Task Capabilities
Team Player, results oriented, reliable and accountable, strong work ethic
