Job description
SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANTThe Senior Business Consultants will be responsible for building-out the consultative practice and service delivery model for the client base; enhancing Council and GSUSA relations and assuring quality implementation and roll-out of targeted initiatives. She/he will deliver strategic high impact, customer focused resources to build Movement Capacity. Assess Council business needs and drive the execution of integrated solutions. She/he will share best practices and align Council focus.
The Senior Business Consultant will act as a single point of contact to deliver solutions to Councils. She/he will support the development and shaping of the Council Connect consultative practice and customer service model. She/he will contribute to the development of the Council Business Model from development through implementation. She/he will develop and maintain robust internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders and clients. The Senior Business Consultant will identify and support GSUSAs response to Council crisis and/or interventions as needed. She/he will support the implementation of a new organizational performance management system and tool, i.e. Balanced Scorecard or related Council re-chartering mechanism. 40% travel maybe required.
