This position will be part of an innovative program changing the model for health care delivery. The HHI Specialist is a member ohe Client'ealthcare Innovations (HHI) Clinical Innovation team, and supports the , Partner Contracting, Outcomes and Relationships and , Solution Development for the on-going support of program implementations. The primary role of the HHI Specialist in the onboarding of member and non-member practices into the value based networks supported by HHI. This role assists in the maximizing of efficient identification of steps to attach providers to new rate schedules, new networks, and program integration. In essence, this position is responsible for tracking of contractual documents to ensure their timely completion and delivery to the next phase of the onboarding process. To this end, this position will work collaboratively to facilitate accurate gathering and assessment of status and maintaining ongoing records to substantiate progress. This position will establish strong, solid relationships within HHI, provider networking, and contracting.

Responsibilities: 1. Track and maintain all documents that pertain to or are generated by

internal departments that will allow for the onboarding of all practices, providers,

and other entities, as needed, to ensure all partners are correctly identified

within various Client networks.

2. In collaboration with , Partner Contracting, Outcomes and Relationships, of Solution Development, of Contracting, and of Provider Networks, and other as identified, provide assistance and support to achieve actionable deliverables for operational processes.

- Provide support, identification and coordination of resources, gather and disseminate information.

- Set up a tracking scorecard to review and identify status of all new providers and practices as they join value based programs within HHI.

3. Collaboration with Program Practices and HHI Program team

- Collaborate with program team and HHI departments regarding process and operational interfaces.

Qualifications: Education/Experience:

- Requires a Bachelor's degree (working towards) in health administration or any other related field from an accredited college.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting: health plan, hospital, physician practice, or managed care organization

- Prefers provider office management experience

- Prefers healthcare operations experience
