Our client is an internationally recognized, Fortune 200 apparel company. This $25B+ company has an extensive supply chain, international and domestic transportation, and retail network. The Everest Group is conducting a national search for a VP/Senior Director Retail Supply Chain North America.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The VP/Senior Director Retail Supply Chain for North America is responsible for creating and driving strategies for direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with various cross-functional teams to ensure that all necessary programs, processes, and systems are in place to drive business initiatives that enable the success of all aspects of the retail fulfillment strategy
* Ensure that the right portfolio of initiatives is in place to drive the DTC business forward within North America
* As liason between Supply Chain and DTC fulfillment, the VP/Senior Director will be responsible to influence/educate leadership to accelerate the company's expertise in the digital retail environment
* Think strategically and creatively to effectively incorporate digital retail strategies into current distribution operations
* Understand and use merchandise metrics/analytics to optimize DTC fulfillment operations, including inventory turns, gross margin, and inventory levels
* Interact with all business channels, inclusive of inline stores, factory stores, and e-commerce
QUALIFICATIONS
* DTC/Dot com/In-store POS and purchase order experience
* Experience leading complex projects/strategy across multiple functions – supply chain, retail, and e-commerce
* Expertise orchestrating the collaboration between both supply chain and direct-to-consumer fulfillment (digital)
* Experience with a $2B+ complex supply chain – retail, apparel, and e-commerce preferred
* Understanding of how the digital experience in supply chain comes to life in a retauk environment
* Strong experience in merchandising analytics – inventory turns, gross margins, and inventory levels
* Strong experience in merchandising and/or back room retail operations, and inventory planning
* Familiarity with SAP, SAP Retail, and E3 Replenishment is a plus
* Proven ability to influence at the senior management level is required
* Consulting background with expertise in supply chain is a plus
* Must be able to create and drive strategy
* 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain program management, transition management, and lean methodologies
* Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience
