Position Responsibilities – Summary
This individual will lead the Data Network Operations team within Enterprise
Technology Services. This candidate will need to take initiative, be able to
function both independently and as a member of a team and be successful with
minimal supervision.
Candidates will possess expertise in managing a complex LAN and WAN
environment across numerous business units and geographical locations. They
will provide 24X7 production support in a multi-vendor environment for all
Network technologies. They will interface with technical and non-technical
individual contributors and business executives. The candidate will have
extensive production support and leadership experience; displaying
ownership, strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and
decision–making skills.
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Provide Tier 2/3 support for a complex global enterprise network
· Take ownership of issues, collaborate with other
customers/teams/vendors on remediation and manage problems through
completion
· Develop best practices for capacity planning, trending,
monitoring, high availability and disaster recovery
· Provide ITIL direction and guidance for incidents, changes and
problems
· Establish and enforce best practices for network management,
including configurations, monitoring, patch management and security
· Oversee deliverables for domestic and international initiatives
· Oversee compliance with change control and incident management
processes
· Manage incident bridges
· Provide on-call support on a rotating basis
Required Skills and Competencies:
· 10+ years' experience as a Lead Data Engineer supporting
enterprise environments with expertise in the above listed disciplines:
· Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications, peer
training and written documentation
· Tactical and Strategic direction setting
· Strong inter-personal skills, leadership qualities and
communications skills
· Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when
required)
· Focused on quality and customer delivery
· Committed to continual improvement
· Willingness to participate and proven record of providing 24X7
on-call support in a dynamic multi-application environment
· Product support for upgrades and patch releases
· Experience supporting distributed/global (layer 1-4) platforms in
a multi-server/multi-location environment

· Advanced degree in Computer Science or related discipline
· Cisco certifications a plus

The QMC team is seeking a Lead QA engineer to be an integral member of the
QA team responsible for leading the testing efforts for the Client Facing
Team suite of applications.
Detailed Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute testing strategy based on the application
requirements, leading to the analysis, design, documentation and execution
of the test cases for the suite of applications
· Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing
projects utilizing offshore test automation engineers
· Provide guidance to the QA teams, and partner with the centralized
QA teams to align the practices with the strategic QA direction of the
enterprise.
· Partner with the business analyst and the develop teams to review
and understand the business requirements and the technical implementations.
· Ensure each release meets well-defined quality standards by
working closely with the development managers
· Partner with Project Managers on estimates, statuses and risks.
Report weekly status to the senior management and escalate issues.
· Stay current with the QA best practices, methodologies and
technologies, and continue to improve the QA processes across the team.
Required Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate must have expertise in QA, excellent leadership and
communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple QA tracks.
Specific requirements include:
· Seven plus years experience as a QA engineer and three plus years
experience in leading a QA team on complex projects
· Expertise with all aspects of testing, including functional,
structural, regression, load and performance testing
· Expertise with QA tools such as QC, QTP and Load runner
