Role:
Capture minutes from project meetings
Recommend, organize and schedule meetings
Assist the Wave Manager on project planning and execution
Assist in preparing meeting decks for advisory committee and senior management
Host project meetings while Wave Manager is traveling
Follow up with stakeholders on action items, e.g., requirements from stakeholders, COE heads/HBRP hub leads, etc
Skills:Project Management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent
