The Company is a two decade old multi-line distributor of various electronic components. The Company is a leader in the industry and is located in
Vancouver, Washington. The President would report to the board which includes private equity ownership. The President would assist in setting the
vision for the growth of the Company (along with the board) and be fully responsible to execute the growth strategy (along with the existing employees of
the Company).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for directing and optimizing the Company's operations.
Lead and manage the sales force including significant travel and business development responsibilities.
Formulate and execute major policies, programs and objectives (both strategic and tactical) to ensure the Company's success.
Manage all direct reports and provide accountability and mentorship for those reports.
Work with the board of directors to identify and execute new business ideas and opportunities
