Position Description
We has an opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator in its Finance division.  The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

·Provide support to FDC (Comshare); coordinate and track incoming transmissions, post input files, provide first level troubleshooting and ensure files are processed in a timely manner. Adherence to corporate closing deadlines. Night and weekend support required at quarter close.
·Interpret needs and system requirements of users; make recommendations for better alternatives in meeting business requirements.
·Provide first & second-line (backup support for other team members) support to the business and manage the resolution of problems relating to financial applications.  
·Support department plans to upgrade the existing FDC Reporting System to a web-based reporting application. This will include input in outlining the requirements for the new application, document processes and carry out UAT responsibilities over the course of the project
·Ensure systems controls are  carried out in compliance with SEC 404 requirements i.e. per Control Activity guidelines. Documents and records evidencing compliance must be easily understood and readily available for internal and external review.
·Query efficiency of the user community for FDC and other internal applications and expand the user community's knowledge through formal training.
Position Requirements
*Strong demonstrable experience in Finance & Accounting and Financial Accounting applications.

·Effective oral and written communication skills.
·Experience in maintaining Finance & Accounting systems applications, knowledge to support and enhance process.
·Knowledge of the following - FDC Comshare (Financial Consolidation), Computron, SAP, Outlooksoft, Hyperion, Cognos and Microsoft Access
·Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Accounting or Computer science.
·5-10 years experience within a Finance & Accounting environment.
·At least 5 years experience in application design, implementation and financial systems support is required.
