Job Title: Salesforce.com Business Analyst
Location: Philadelphia

Required:

1)     Business Analysts with good experience in SFDC and CRM application.
2)     Capable of working with IMS internal customers to gather requirements from a perspective of SFDC and translate the requirements into requirement documentations.
3)     Good understanding of Visual Force and Ajax skills.
4)     Good understanding of SQL and Informatica a PlUS.
5)     Good understanding on Pricing engines like Access Commerce and Big Machines a PLUS.

The Scope of work associated with these resources would be

1)     Continue to develop CRM as per the Road Map identified.
2)     Streamline the backend Processes.
3)     Support Reporting and other ETL teams by understanding their requirements and collaborate to identify solutions.
4)     Interact with Business to understand their needs and build an effective requirements document.
5)     Take up 1^st level support ( Calls ) from users and guide them to Sales Force.com support.
