Here are the two links I spoke about at the LHH meeting for free online courses.
For APC their site is http://lms.globalkn
HP site is http://h30187.
These courses are basic in terms of the experience the people in the room have. I believe Agile and other sites do provide some form of free training. I will update you if I come across any.
