GENERAL:  Understanding Biz Continuity Seminar - NYC - 9/17

Posted by: "john sampson" jcsspike@yahoo.com   jcsspike

Mon Aug 24, 2009 2:32 pm (PDT)

Please join us for a LIMITED SEATING event on September 17 at the famed New York Yacht Club to address perhaps the most critical component of successfully doing business today:
Unde rstanding Business Continuity -
Planning, Prevention, Preparation . . .
Accessibility, Efficiency, Mobility

This invite-only event is a first in a series presented by The Business Continuity Leadership Forum (www.thebclf.com), sponsored by NacTelligence (A North Atlantic Communications Company) of Plainview, N.Y., and ShoreTel.

Limited seating event - RSVP required by September 7th (act NOW to guarantee your spot)

(Please disregard this e-mail if you have already registered.)

WHAT IS BUSINESS CONTINUITY?
Business Continuity is centered on impacts/effects and is the activity performed by an organization to ensure that critical business functions will be available to customers, suppliers, regulators, and other entities that must have access to those functions.

Business Continuity is also about maintaining business viability while under duress.
Business Continuity is even about something as basic as making sure your phones NEVER go unanswered - that could be a million dollar sale you just missed.
Business Continuity is especially about staying ahead of the competition.  The percentage of enterprise level companies with NO Business Continuity plan in place is staggering.  DON´T be one of those companies!
WHY MUST YOU ATTEND?
It´s very simple.  In order to compete in today´s crowded marketplace, especially at the enterprise level where your piece of the pie is becoming smaller by the day, you MUST stay ahead of the curve and have a firm Business Continuity ACTION PLAN in place.
Remember, Business Continuity is driven by the demands of the customer - be the customer.
You MUST attend this event IF . . .

You are charged with building a survivability plan for your company.
You are charged with developing a true voice cont inuity and mobility plan for your company and extending communication beyond the walls of the business.
You are charged with leveraging voice communications solutions that will both reduce spending and increase productivity.
You are charged with knowing what your competition is doing to communicate with your customers (are you doing this?).
You are at the enterprise level and don´t know how you would answer your phones if your office is not accessible
And on a lighter note, you MUST attend this event if you´re interested in winning an Acer Notebook if your business card is drawn!
RSVP NOW!
RSVP´s are required by September 7, as seating is extremely limited.  You are encouraged to reserve EARLY, as this event will fill up quickly, and a spot is not guaranteed the longer you wait.  Online Registration »
So PLAN NOW to join us for lunch and an afternoon of compelling presentations how to not only survive, but EXCEL, with the development and execution of a proper Business Continuity plan.
