Project Description:
- Emphasis on Organizational Change Management.
- Plan, develop and execute Organizational Change Management and communication strategies to effectively manage expectations, promote positive adoption of collaboration services and drive cultural change across client and with external stakeholders.
- Identify potential barriers for organizational and procedural changes that may impact the success of the project.
- Act as liaison to IM, HR, GL&D, project sponsors and other key stakeholders.
-Interfaces with project sponsors, service provider partners, service managers, and other key stakeholders to define scope of work, resolve issues and drive decision-making.
-Manage change team members to execute change plan.
-Create and manage a comprehensive project plan to deliver desired outcomes and objectives.
- Plan and manage change team project meetings (agendas, meeting minutes and project plan).
-Create stakeholder plan and manage progress to deliver desired results/outcomes.
-Identify training needs and if training exists or needs to be created.
-Ensure appropriate training strategies are created and executed to effectively train on systems and/or processes changes to promote positive change across affected business and external business partners.
-Create change plan (communications, training, etc.) including timing, method, key messages, user groups and communication sender.
-Compile, create, and format slide presentations and other communication vehicles tailored to the global client and external audiences.
-Manage communication review and approval process to meet communication plan deadlines.

Order materials, supplies and lift and transport items
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Apple computer experience
Clerical skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Self motivated and eager to learn
Able to work on a daily basis

Tasks include:
Experience with Internet/ecommerce applications and will be responsible for developing, testing and deploying new intranet/internet, ecommerce ColdFusion MX / 7 applications
Responding to technical support questions from the website, trouble shooting, testing, handling CF errors, web statistics, graphical reports and OS problems
Provides support to the department and customers on a variety of issues
Identifies, researches, and resolves all technical problems both within the network and outside the network
Responds to trouble reports and other emails sent to tech-support
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Familiar with a variety of the field´s concept, practices, and procedures
Experience and skills:
1yr of Coldfusion programming required
T-SQL, SQL and Stored procedures experience is required
1 year of HTML/CSS/javascript or AJAX experience
Windows server administration knowledge required
CFC/UDFs experience is a plus
Server Virtualization experience is a plus
Symbol device programming experience is a plus
Linux administration a plus
