Our client in N NJ is seeking an experienced developer to work as a team lead over 3-5 other developers.

 

The person will be responsible for the following:

• Developing the scope, plan and requirements for IT projects
• Organizing and managing IT projects
• Providing programming expertise
• Developing Visual Basic software and HP Exstream Dialogue applications
• Supervising development staff

The person must meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of PM experience including creating and managing project schedules using MS Project.
• At least 5 years of participating in software development life cycle processes
• Software development experience in Document Technology methodologies
• Proficiency with a minimum of 3 years experience in HP Exstream (Exstream Dialogue), VB.Net, C++, MS SQL Server, Reporting using Crystal Reports or SQL, Pitney Bowes Business Insight (Group 1 S/W), Streamweaver and EZ Letter.
• At least 5 years experience working in a technical environment in software development
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Must be adaptable to quick changes and be able to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage small groups of employees and multiple objectives and expectations of direct and indirect customers
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Ability to interact with all various levels of management
• Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent technical experience
