Our client, located in New York, NY is seeking an IT Technology Lead Sr. BA for an immediate full-time position. Details include: Our Client in NYC is searching for a Tech Lead/ Sr.BA that will be the liaison between the business and IT delivery groups. They will be the primary resource responsible for understanding and driving out business requirements for the functional team. The business customer is the Director of Treasury Operations/Capital Markets groups. These groups are responsible for all global trading operations. They must have a strong technical background in treasury and trading floor systems BUT ALSO have an excellent understanding of the end to end process of the trading floor and a command of the vernacular. An understanding of risk analytics, reporting, hedges, total portfolio risk etc is important. The candidate will be working with traders, math PhD's and other sophisticated users that know what they want but need a strong resource to document the requirements and translate them into an IT solution. The tech lead would work with and manage data and solution architects from both the internal shared services group and external vendors. They would manage the technical implementation of any enhancements or new solutions. A strong background in data is preferred. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to hold their ground is a must. Would report to the IT Director of Global Treasury (who is based in Detroit) ?
