Role Description:

Role/Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include working in the Infrastructure and Operations team to support our client’s infrastructure. This includes performance monitoring and operations to ensure customer service level agreements are met. Monitors performance of systems, monitors error logs and error messages. Takes timely and accurate preventative and corrective action(s). Escalates problems as required. Manage and coordinate software, hardware, and network releases through change control and release management. Participates in development and quality assurance phases as required. · Looks for opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency by leveraging new technology and improving process.
· Reviews systems development projects and coordinates schedules and departmental participation relative to those projects.
· Work with the audit staff to address any outstanding issues that arise in the security audit. Work with the Enterprise Management Center to ensure 24/7 availability of all network resources. This includes performance monitoring and operations to ensure customer service level agreements are met.
· Work with the Service Help Desk staff to address any user issues in conjunction with service level agreements.
Education Experience Skills:
College Degree Required. Minimum of 8 years in network services and infrastructure. Extensive knowledge of SAN Storage Systems, LAN/WAN networking, Internet, MS operating system is required.

Candidate will be responsible for analyzing and developing algorithms, modeling system performance, and determining the extent to which proposed technical solutions meet ESM requirements. Candidate must be able to understand and assess the overall system design to include above-deck antennas, receivers, and below-deck processing equipment, and must be able to quickly understand and assess the systemic impact of design changes.
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of ESM algorithms and broad knowledge of ESM signal processing techniques. Advanced MATLAB skills are strongly desired. Candidate must possess demonstrated Electronic Warfare technical experience. Candidate should be familiar with the RF COTS based environment and its effect on hardware/software development and system integration.
The incumbent must have experience in at least 5 of the following: frequency coverage, system sensitivity, pulse density, probability of detection, emitter classification, instantaneous dynamic range, and false reporting.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal/written), and should be comfortable with stand-up presentations. Electronic Warfare experience, RF receiver, and new product development experience are required.
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.
Required skills:

Design of Analog, Mixed-Signal, Power Management, and RF Integrated Circuits for applications such as communications, EW (Electronic Warfare), SigInt, and radar. Experience in a wide range of advanced technologies including SiGe, RFCMOS, GaAs and GaN processes.
Specifically capable of leading a team of design engineers in the architecture development, requirements allocation and flow down, design, fabrication, and test of High Frequency Semiconductor devices.
Experience in Military communications, radar, and EW is strongly desired.
Experience in RF/microwave testing, data reduction, and familiarity with microwave manufacturing processes is also strongly desired.
Must be capable of top level architecture design including participation with radar (X-Band / S-Band) system and subsystem engineers in developing B-level specifications. Must have analytical skills in the analysis of product performance and error budgets.
Design of RF Analog subsystems and components such as receivers, exciters, A/D converters, and digital interfaces to these products.
Education & Training Required:

Considerable knowledge of a variety of state and local tax issues, including tax planning, restructuring, due diligence, audit defense, reverse audits and audit management for companies with a presence in multiple taxing jurisdictions.

Skills Preferred:
Considerable technical skills in a wide range of sales and use tax matters, including FAS 5, reverse audits, tax planning, consulting, compliance, automation, mergers and acquisitions, controversy and audit defense.
