Our Enterprise Solution Design Team seeks a solution architect to articulate the architectural vision, conceptualization and experimentation with alternative architectural approaches to hardware solutions and help application teams. Be prepared to also develop and validate the architecture and high level solution design against business requirements, and guide/mentor development teams on methodologies, processes and best practices. This position also offers the opportunity to help build out the Performance Engineering discipline within the IT organization and provide a systematic, quantitative approach to constructing software systems.

Our qualifications include:

10+ years experience in IT and specifically software development with four or more  years experience in IT Architecture and application
Designing large scale software systems/system integration efforts
Software Performance Engineering practice, consultation and real world application of performance engineering techniques to IT projects
Performance modeling, profiling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Rich and varied IT solutions design and development experience
Architecture principles and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, DOD etc.)

Education Experience Skills:
 
College Degree Required.  Minimum of 8 years in network services and infrastructure.  Extensive knowledge of SAN Storage Systems, LAN/WAN networking, Internet, MS operating system is required.

As a member of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions.

Inter-company transactions across borders are growing rapidly and are becoming much more complex. Compliance with the differing requirements of multiple overlapping tax jurisdictions is a complicated and time-consuming task.

Our client has a strong international network of dedicated transfer pricing specialists with advanced training in economics, accounting, law and project management. Their specialists include numerous partners and staff with experience gained with tax administrations. They can advise on:
- Documentation and planning
- Dispute resolution

Summary
Design, engineer, implement, and manage technological strategies and projects that provide email, collaboration, business workflow and data archive capabilities for the Par enterprise. Design, install, and maintain Windows servers and associated equipment throughout their system lifecycle.  Specifying, installing and operating complex server, data storage and backup systems; managing capacity plans; creating corporate standards for infrastructure, installing new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.  Manage complex projects, managing employee and vendor contributors.  Responsible for tracking progress of infrastructure projects and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Develop and communicate technology strategies to support Par business processes and to facilitate collaboration across the enterprise. ?
Manage infrastructure projects and operations initiatives to meet evolving business needs. ?

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
At least 4 years experience in Server Installation and Deployment with responsibility for implementation of complex system builds required.
Certification in Microsoft Server (MCSE).
Certification in Project Management preferred.
Certification in VMware.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:
Knowledge of Windows client.
Knowledge of Compaq/HP and IBM Windows based servers and server blades is required.
Prior systems management experience is required.
Prior experience in project management is required; certification is a plus.
Knowledge of VMWare / vSphere Administration and Engineering is required.
Knowledge of Active Directory Design and LDAP is required.
Knowledge of SharePoint / MOSS 2007 Administration or Engineering is preferred.Knowledge of Exchange Server 2007 is required.
